杨常青博士
杨医生1984年毕业于黑龙江中医药大学，87年取得中医诊断学硕士学位。1990年前往日本进修精神医学，于1998年取得精神神经科医学博士学位。杨医生开设中医精神专科门诊并且任教于多所美国中医大学的硕士和博士班课程。杨常青博士在一般内科特别是在精神科有着独到的经验和建树。杨博士对精神分裂，情感障碍及神经症的治疗积累了丰富的临床经验，而且其理论以《内经》为据博古厚今，西为中用，独树一帜。
Dr.Yang Changqing
Dr. Yang graduated from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1984. In 1987, he obtained a master's degree in diagnostics in Chinese medicine. In 1990, he went to Japan to study psychiatry. In 1998, he obtained a doctorate in neurology. Dr. Yang has opened a Chinese medicine psychiatric specialist clinic and teaches at the Master's and Doctoral programs at several American Chinese Medicine Universities. Dr. Yang Changqing has unique experience and achievements in general internal medicine, especially in psychiatry. Dr. Yang has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of schizophrenia, affective disorder and neurosis.His theory is based on the "Nei Jing" ，and it is unique because of the useage of Western theories in TCM.

焦虑不仅是精神科而且也是中医门诊的常见精神障碍之一。本课程将简明扼要地讲解神气失调不同水平的证候类型，以及临床神志诊断检测的技术。之后还会讨论如何选穴和非常重要的施针技术。以人的神志能量，即人的神气活动特点为依据，并且采用相应的动神技术，是针刺治疗焦虑的关键技术。课程中所有的技术都会通过自愿参与的方式，适当地进行现场演示。杨医生进行这方面的研究和治疗已经逾三十载，而且总结和归纳出了中医神志疾病的诊治系统，杨医生愿意与参会者分享其经验而有助于高效果和高效率地服务于临床患者。
Course Description: Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental disorder in psychiatry and our acupuncture clinic as well. The lecture will briefly explain the shen qi disharmony patterns in different levels and talk about the clinical techniques regarding the shen evaluation. Then the point selection and the very important acupuncture techniques will be discussed. Based on the individual shen energy, i.e. shen qi pattern, the guiding shen techniques and the needling manipulation skills will be playing a crucial role in the treatment of anxiety. All techniques will be demonstrated in the class through the volunteer models. Dr. Yang has been working on this disorder over three decades, and has developed the effective system for the mental health in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Now Dr. Yang wants to share his experience with the practitioners to help the patients in their clinic more effectively and efficiently.
