ENR-1013-1015 Master Tung Acupuncture I & II
PART I (15hrs):
DATE: June 14 & June 15, 2025, Saturday & Sunday
TIME: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
LOCATION: OCTCM Toronto Campus
COST: $800 or $750 early bird pricing if payment made before May 1, 2025
PREREQUISITES: R.Ac or Acupuncture students who have completed all the Acupoints and Acupuncture Techniques + a mimimun of 250 hours of Clinical Internship

DATE: June 21 & June 22, 2025, Saturday & Sunday
TIME: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
LOCATION: OCTCM Toronto Campus
COST: $800 or $750 early bird pricing if payment made before May 1, 2025

*Cancellations on or before two week prior to the course start date will result in a $50 + HST cancellation fee. Student cancellations made less than two weeks prior will not receive a refund.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Master Tung's Points were a treasured family secret, handed down and refined over generations. The powerful effect and value of Master Tung's Acupuncture has been affirmed. It has also become must-learn acupuncture knowledge.
Part I will introduce the principle and fundamental concept of Master Tung Acupuncture. It will help you to locate and understand the most important and commonly used Master Tung acupoints. It especially focus on the treatment of pain, stiffness, stress, lumps/cysts (yin accumulation) with Master Tung Acupuncture through series of training and courses. We will share with you the understanding of these disorders by Master Tung acupuncturists and also the pain relief methods and skills.
Building on the foundation from Part 1, Master Tung Acupuncture Part II will focus on the clinical application of the points you have learned in Part I. You will learn how to effectively apply these points in practice, gaining deeper insights into their indications and therapeutic effects. We will guide you through case-based discussions and treatment strategies, and how Master Tung addresses various conditions. Special emphasis will be placed on point selection, needling techniques, and clinical reasoning to enhance treatment outcomes.
INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY:

William Sung R.TCMP, R.Ac
William is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist (CTCMPAO). He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. He is now a faculty member at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM), where his teaching style and skills are popular among students. He has been practicing Chinese medicine and acupuncture for over 28 years in both China and Canada.
William has been using Master Tung Acupuncture Techniques to help many patients with chronic conditions such as pain (back, shoulder, neck, knee pain) and he also has deep experience in treating paralysis, and post stroke conditions. He created and developed new, effective pain management and mobility improvement techniques. He has studied New Acupuncture skills that reduce his patient’s overall treatment times and shorten recovery.

Christine Yang R.TCMP, R.Ac
Christine is Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist (CTCMPAO). She graduated from Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine and she is now a faculty member at Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM). Her teaching focuses on acupuncture, Tuina and applied therapies at various TCM colleges. Her practice focuses on Gynecological disorders, pain management and digestive disorders, after graduation from Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, she has horned her skills by attending advanced trainings, such as Master Tung Acupuncture, Mater Li Scraping (Gua Sha in Chinese), Zen Moxibustion of classical Chinese moxibustion and Yin Yang Nine Needles Acupuncture etc.
